Orders, Payments, and Returns

Placing Orders

Pricing and Payment
All purchases are subject to a one-time payment. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment systems like PayPal. All payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Returns and Refunds
In general, any goods you purchase may only be returned if they are in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it through your account settings or by contacting us. Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to subscription fees.
